According to GTTA President, Godfrey Munroe, the players selected represent the next generation and nursery of Guyana’s future champions. The players have been consistent in tournaments, while exemplifying and demonstrating great work ethics at a tender age. “We believe that our boys 13 years and under team includes a very formidable group of players and are strong candidates for medal performances and selection to the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) World Hopes programme,” Munroe stated.
